You can tailor MINI Insured Warranty to your own individual needs, choosing from three levels of cover; Comprehensive, Named Component or DriveLine, with the added option of including roadside assistance through our MINI Roadside Assistance product*.
*Vehicles must be serviced in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations and genuine parts, or parts of equivalent specification must be used.

MINI puts circa £1m of revenue back in to the MINI Retailer network every year in Insured Warranty claims. Signposting that Insured Warranty is available to customers when they are having their vehicle repaired at their own cost can not only benefit the customer but also the network by increasing the Insured Warranty customer portfolio.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM?
To make a claim contact your nearest MINI Authorised Retailer or MINI Service Authorised Workshop and inform them that your vehicle is protected by a MINI Insured Warranty. The MINI Authorised Retailer or MINI Service Authorised Workshop will only process a warranty claim on your behalf if the fault identified is covered within the terms and conditions of the warranty.
The service history of the insured vehicle and supporting invoices will be required by the repairing retailer at the time of the claim.
