The Promoter is: Atlanta Insurance Intermediaries Limited who arranges and administers BMW Motorrad Bike and Multi Bike Insurance. Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under firm reference number 309599. Company registration number: 756681. 1. To be automatically entered into the prize draw you must get a quote for a motorbike or multi bike policy in your name at www.bmw-motorrad-insurance.com. Quotes that do not return a price will not be included in the prize draw. No purchase necessary. Customers with an active policy on 31 October 2025 will also be entered into the prize draw.
2. You must get a valid quote online before 23:59 on 31 October 2025 to be entered into the prize draw. After this date no further entries to the prize draw will be accepted.
3. Maximum one entry per person.
4. This offer is not available for quotes generated through price comparison sites or via the telephone.
5. The prize draw is open to residents of the UK aged 21 years and over.
6. The prize is for 1 x £2,500 (RRP) worth of BMW Motorrad rider’s gear of your choice, to be redeemed with an authorised local BMW Motorrad Retailer of your choice. The prize cannot be redeemed online.
7. BMW Motorrad rider’s gear includes all BMW Motorrad clothing only and does not include BMW Motorrad motorcycle accessories, parts or soft luggage collections.
8. The winner will be able to choose BMW Motorrad rider’s gear up to the value of £2,500, subject to availability. No cash refund or alternatives provided for purchases below £2,500. If the cost of the rider’s gear exceeds £2,500, the winner must pay the additional amount above £2,500.
9. The draw will take place within 10 working days of the closing date (23:59 31 October 2025).
10. The winner will be notified via email and/or phone. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 working days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
11. The Promoter will contact the winner to obtain additional information about their preferred Retailer and to arrange a suitable date and time for their personalised shopping experience.
12. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
13. The prize draw is not transferable, and no alternative will be offered.
14. The prize draw cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
15. The prize draw can be withdrawn at any time.
16. The winner will only be contacted by the Promoter. No personal or bank details will be requested other than the information required to arrange the Retailer visit.

Employees of BMW Financial Services (GB) Ltd, the BMW Group of companies, or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the prize draw or with helping to set up the prize draw shall not be permitted to enter the prize draw.
18. Atlanta Insurance Intermediaries Limited is part of the group of companies owned by Markerstudy Group Limited. Employees of Markerstudy Group Limited, or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the prize draw or with helping to set up the prize draw shall not be permitted to enter the prize draw.
19. The winner will be chosen from all valid entries received by an automated random number generation process and verified by the Promoter and/ and overseen by an independently appointed person. Winners agree that their name and/or image along with a reference to what has been won in relation to the prize draw may be used by BMW Motorrad Insurance Solutions for media purposes, promotional materials and on the website and social channels. 22. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, global pandemic, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control.
23. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
24. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
25. Entry into the prize draw by you (the entrant), will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
