If the warranty on your new or Approved Used BMW motorcycle is coming to an end, has expired, or you’ve never had warranty cover, BMW Motorrad Insured Warranty can help to protect you against the unexpected cost of repairs and replacement parts should something unexpectedly happen. BMW Motorrad Insured Warranty protects against mechanical and electrical breakdown for a wide range of specified components of your BMW motorcycle*. *Motorcycles must be serviced in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations and genuine parts, or parts of equivalent specification must be used.

- Cover against failure of specific mechanical and electrical components of your bike
- Failure of covered components for normal degradation (wear and tear) is also included up to 100,000 miles from the date of your BMW bike’s first registration
- Pay for your policy up front or on an ongoing monthly basis
- Choice of excess — £0**, £50 or £100
- Maximum claim limit is the purchase price paid for the motorcycle, inclusive of VAT
Available for BMW motorcycles with mileage up to 80,000 miles (at time of purchasing the warranty). Terms, conditions and exclusions apply. **£0 excess not available to customers whose new BMW Motorrad bike, Approved Used BMW Motorrad bike or BMW Motorrad Insured Warranty has lapsed.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM?
To make a claim contact your nearest BMW Motorrad Authorised Retailer or BMW Motorrad Service Authorised Workshop and inform them that your vehicle is protected by a BMW Motorrad Insured Warranty. The BMW Motorrad Authorised Retailer or BMW Motorrad Service Authorised Workshop will only process a warranty claim on your behalf if the fault identified is covered within the terms and conditions of the warranty. The service history of the insured vehicle and supporting invoices will be required by the repairing Retailer at the time of the claim.
