BMW PROACTIVE CARE.
BMW Proactive Care offers both a proactive and a preventative function. Real-time analysis enables service, maintenance, or repair requirements to be detected at an early stage.
When something requires action, the driver is contacted through the My BMW App, via e-mail, by SMS, or a message sent directly to the vehicle.
In urgent cases, drivers will receive a phone call from a BMW expert to arrange an resolution. That way we are there before drivers need us.
BMW ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE.
- We will be there in the event of an accident or breakdown - 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
- For recovery & technician attendance we look to achieve 90% arrival within 60 minutes.
- With over 50% of all cases, the car is repaired over the phone, or via a technician visit.
- If a technician attends a repair, we have an 80% success rate.
