CORPORATE SERVICE INCLUSIVE.
- A package available to deliver an effective maintenance offering for both business and the company car driver.
- It provides a peace of mind service proposition with the assurances that come with using Genuine MINI Parts, and MINI approved trained technicians.
PROACTIVE CARE.
- Proactive Care has both a proactive and a preventative function. Real-time analysis enables service, maintenance, or repair requirements to be detected at an early stage.
- When something requires action, the driver is contacted via the My MINI App, via e-mail, SMS or a message sent directly to the vehicle.
- If it’s urgent, a phone call by a MINI expert is made to proactively to reach the driver to arrange immediate resolution. So, before the driver and business needs us, we’re already there.
MINI ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE.
- We will be there in the event of an accident or breakdown - 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
- For recovery & technician attendance we look to achieve 90% arrival within 60 minutes.
- Over 50 % of all cases, the car is repaired over the phone, or via a technician visit.
- If a technician attends a repair, we have an 80% success rate.
