What is FAMOS?

FAMOS is ALPHERA’s online point of sale proposal system. It will enable you to:

a Create finance quotations.

a Submit finance proposals.

a Generate finance documentation

a Request payout.

a Monitor the status of proposals from quotation to payout.

a Request settlement figures.

Always ensure that pop-ups are enabled on your computer when using FAMOS.

FAMOS can be accessed through this link, which is also available via our Partner Hub. You will need a username and password to access the system. Your Local FAMOS Administrator will be able to provide you with this information. If you are unsure of who your Local Administrator is, please ask your ALPHERA Business Development Manager. If you are the nominated Local Administrator within your site, your ALPHERA Business Development Manager will walk you through the application process for access to FAMOS and, once set up, you will be able to create credentials for new users and disable existing users.
