Proactive Care has both a proactive and a preventative function. Real-time analysis enables service, maintenance, or repair requirements to be detected at an early stage. When something requires action, the driver is contacted through the MINI App, via e-mail, SMS or a message sent directly to the vehicle. In urgent cases, you will receive a phone call from a MINI expert to arrange an immediate resolution. That way we are there before you need us.

MINI CHARGING
Charging your MINI fleet in public couldn’t be easier. You can find over 39,000 charge points at over 14,000 EV charge stations in the UK that offer slow, fast and/or rapid charging.
An increasing number of public spaces, such as shopping centres and supermarkets, often offer free use of their charging facilities. Type 2 Chargers require you to bring your own Type 2 cable, while CCS Fast Chargers are tethered cables, and is the standard for rapid charging across the UK, IE and Europe.

The MINI App is the digital partner for your MINI fleet, connecting your drivers to their car at any time and any place. From checking the health and status of their MINI, planning their next business trip, logging routes for expenses or controlling a variety of functions remotely - the MINI App unlocks a world of possibilities and opportunity from the convenience of your phone.
